Heat oven to 375. In large bowl, beat 3/4 cup sugar, margarine, oil , milk and almond extract and egg until light and fully. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Blend well. Spread in baking pan. Sprinkle with decorative sugar. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cut into bars.
