Put roast in crock pot. Sprinkle with galic salt, celery salt, pepper, worchestershire or other seasonings. Put one envelope of onion and mushroom soup mix over the roast. Add potatoes and carrots. Pour in 1 cup water. Cook on low for 8 hours.
