Healthy and yummy!
Grill Preparation: Marinate chicken breasts in barbecue sauce and then grill on the barbecue. Dice into bite size pieces. Grill corn on the corn and cut off the cob.
Salad Preparation: Toss all the vegetables and beans except the corn for the salad.
Serving: Serve up a plate of salad, put chicken, corn, cheddar cheese on top. Then pour desired amount of barbecue sauce and ranch dressing.
