Grease and preheat your grill to 350°F. Cook all meats and vegetables to their desired doneness. Set them aside and keep them warm.
Put the butter into a sauce pan and melt it over med-low heat. Add the flour to the liquid butter a little at a time until you have a glue like paste. Add the cream and allow to begin to thicken over the heat.
Place your cast iron skillet on the grill to preheat. We're using the grill to evenly heat the skillet all the way through so it will keep the cheese fondue hot. When the flour mixture is beginning to thicken pour it in to the cast iron skillet. Add the cheeses to this mixture. As the cheese begins to melt, add the garlic and parsley. Season to taste with pepper.
When the cheese is melted to your satisfaction, remove it from the grill and place the cast iron skillet onto a well insulated pot holder.
Use the vegetables, meat and bread to dip into the cheese, being careful of the flying forks and hot pan. Enjoy.
