For those days when you are on the go, let dinner cook for you and come home to the wonderful smell of barbecue ribs ready to eat! They are so tender when they're done, they are practically falling off the bone !
Place ribs in a 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over ribs & turn to coat. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 10 to 12 hours or on high heat setting for 5 to 6 hours.
Transfer ribs to a serving platter & cover to keep warm. Skim fat from surface of sauce and pour sauce into a medium saucepan. Bring sauce to boiling and then reduce heat slightly. Boil gently, uncovered, until thickened to desired consistency, for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve sauce with ribs.
This goes nicely with baked beans and/or coleslaw on the side.
