Simmer all ingredients for 30 minutes.
This is a basic BBQ sauce I made from a recipe I found in a BBQ manual. It was so good, I though I'd share it. I've used it for poultry and pork chops and ribs.
Be careful not to cook meat with BBQ sauce on it when grilling over charcoal or gas, as it will carmelize and possibly burn your food. When barbecue grilling, it's always best to add sauce at the very end of the cook. When "Low and slow" barbecuing, sauce can be used as the meat is smoked.
