Suggest a better description1. Heat margarine in saucepan, when melted, add onion and garlic. 2. Saute over medium heat until onion is translucent, then add the brown sugar, pepper, salt, and mustard. 3. Stir constantly over low heat for about 2 minutes, then add remaining ingredients. 4. Bring to boil over medium heat. 5. Lower heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes.
