Suggest a better descriptionIn medium sauce pan, heat oil, add onion cook until completely soft, about 5 minute. Add garlic cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add tomato paste and mustard cook, until paste turns brick red in color.
Add 2 cups water, tomato sauce, molasses, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper, stir until smooth.
Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low partially covered. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 2 hours, season with additional vinegar, salt and pepper if needed.
