Pop the heads off the shrimp, devein, and peal except for the tail.
Mix the seasonings together
In a large skillet at high heat, combine one stick of butter, garlic, seasonings, and worcestershire sauce. When butter is melted and the shrimp and shake the skillet back and forth ( do not stir ) for 2 minuets.
Add the remaining 5 tablespoons of butter and the fish stock ( or clam juice ) and shake for 2 minutes.
Add the beer and shake for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and serve. Be sure to stir the sauce while serving so that it does not separate.
Serve with rice or French bread.
If you want to make a double batch use 2 skillets, one serving needs a skillet all to it's self.
As the butter melts the oils try to separate, by shaking the skillet and adding the stock, you keeps this from happening and having an oily texture. Stiring does not produce the same effect.
