Brown all sides of the pork tenderloin on skillet - med-high heat. Cover in crock pot with half water half apple cider vinegar and spices. Cook 4-6 hours. Take out and chop up with a big knife. Put in a bowl with a little of the juice to give it some moisture. serve on bun with cole slaw and barbecue sauce.
