Combine the prawns, garlic and ginger in a bowl. Season with pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Preheat a barbecue hot plate or heavy frying pan on high and lightly spray with oil. Just before cooking add half the lemon juice to the prawn and toss to coat. Cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes until they are pink and cooked through. Drizzle over the remaining lemon juice and transfer to a service place. Top with the coriander and serve with the steamed greens.
