This a really eash and delicious vegetarian main dish. My husband loves it and he's not even vegetarian! It's great over rice.
Saute onion in oil, mix with remaining ingredients. Roll into balls the size of walnuts. Bake 20 minutes at 350? on a cookie sheet.
Sauce:
Saute 1 stick margarine and 1 chopped onion together. Add 1 cup ketchup, ? cup brown sugar, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 shake liquid smoke. Pour over nut balls and bake at 325? for 30 minutes.
