Combine all barbecue sauce ingredients in a heavy bottom pot. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens and reduces slightly, about 12 minutes.
To marinate pork chop:
whisk together the all marinade ingredients. Add pork chops and turn to coat. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Prepare a barbeque grill for high heat. Grill for 4 minutes on each side, or until internal temp reaches 145 degrees. Transfer to plate and slather with barbeque sauce. Let rest for 5 minutes.
