Fabulous Lamb Recipe
Place lamb in shallow pan, fat side down. Mix together all ingredients and marinate overnight in the refrigerator or for at least 2-3 hours. Take out one hour before cooking and barbeque for about 35-45 minutes, skin side down. You may also broil this for 10 minutes on each side, then roast it in the oven @425 for 15 more minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, then carve in thin slices.
