Delicious Apple Cake...easy to prepare
Mix first 3 ingredients by hand, then stir in cinnamon, soda and flour.
Next, fold in the apples and walnuts.
Bake in a 9"x13" pan at 325 F for 1 hour, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Does NOT need frosting!
