2. Rinse and drain chickpeas, and then lay them on a dishtowel until they're dry
3. In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, salt, and cumin thoroughly
4. Spread the chickpeas on a cookie sheet, and bake for 30-45 minutes, until crunchy. Be careful not to burn.
Make them ahead of time and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator
