Emma O'Donnell's recipe
Cook meat in large saucepan over medium high heat until browned, stirring and crumbling. Drain and rinse. While meat cooks, drain and mash one can of black beans. Add mashed beans, undrained beans, salsa, tomato sauce and seasoning. Stir well. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese
