Using different extracts and add-ins, can make this a Lemon-Cherry, Rum-Raisin, Mint-Chocolate Chip, ect.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In mixing bowl, beat (until fluffy): Margarine, sugar, baking powder vanilla, and extract.
3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well.
4. Mix (until blended): flour in 3 additions alternately with milk in 2 additions.
- Stir in add-in (optional)
5. Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish.
6. Bake on middle rack until knife comes out clean (about 35 minutes).
7. Cool on wire rack.
For orange cake: substitute 1/2 cup OJ for 1/2 cup Milk & Zest for Extract
