Basic crepes that work - thin, tasty, good texture

Warm butter, salt and milk until butter is melted
Sift the flour into a bowl
Break eggs into the flour, mix
Mix warm milk in gradually until everything is liquid
*REST* for 2 hours, or longer
Cook like you cook crepes.
