Melt butter.
Put Grahm crackers in food processor. Add sugar and pulse in butter.
Pour mixture into a pan and mix. Coat pan. Put in oven for 15 minutes.
Crack egg and add lime juice. Add SC milk. Add lime zest and mix ingredients.
Remove crust and set oven to 325.
Put whole pie in oven for 15 minutes.
Let cool, then place in fridge for at least 4 hours.
