Spread over a piece of baking paper on a flat tray
bake at 120 degrees for approx 1 hour
Leave to cool in the oven - overnight is perfect
When cool spread with whipped cream and any topping of choice - fruit is lovely - strawberries,bananas, passionfruit, kiwi fruit, mango etc
Grated chocolate of any sort is good also
