Preheat oven to 425
Saute onions until browned.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Line bottom of pie shell with onions and bacon.
Add diced sheese.
Beat eggs and add cream.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes
Then turn oven down to 300 and bake for 30 minutes more.
You can add ham, broccoli, scallops, shrimp or anything you can think of
