ADDING GLUTEN: My bread machine may have a whole wheat/whole grain or basic/white bread cycle. **IF** my machine doesn't have this cycle, try adding GLUTEN to whole wheat, whole grain and rye bread recipes for better loaf height, texture and structure. (GLUTEN CAN BE FOUND IN MOST GROCERY STORES OR IN NATURAL FOODS/HEALTH FOODS STORE.) Use 1 tablespoon GLUTEN for BOTH the 1 lb. & 1 1/2 lb. recipes.
