Mix Non-Fat Dry Milk and Milk in a small pan. Heat to boiling. Allow to cool to 100-110 degrees. Stir in yogurt. Place mixture in yogurt maker and allow to work for 8 to 8 1/2 hours.
Use 1/2 cup of previous batch of yogurt as starter or buy organic plain yogurt and freeze in 1/2 cup sizes. Allow to defrost overnight and come to room temperature before adding to cooled milk mixture.
