Liven up ordinary chicken breasts with mustard, basil, prosciutto and cheese. It goes from stovetop to tabletop in 30 minutes.
1.Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken in oil 6 minutes. Turn chicken; brush with mustard and top with prosciutto. Cook 6 to 8 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
2.Sprinkle cheese over chicken. Cook about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with basil.
Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves vary considerably in size. For this recipe, select ones that are about 5 ounces each. Be sure that they are all the same size so they cook in the same amount of time.
