Very easy
Cook pasta and drain.
Zest lemon, then juice it.
Heat oil over low heat 1", then add garlic and saute 1" stirring often, turn off heat.
Add well drained pasta and toss until coated. Add rest and toss until basil wilts.
Top each serving with 1T cheese.
