1. Place tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic and salt into a large bowl and toss. Let stand 1 hour to form juices
2. Cook pasta as directed
3. Add basil, cheese, vinegar and olive oil to tomato mixture. Mix well
4. Toss hot pasta in the sauce. Season to taste with salt & pepper. (& pine nuts if desired)
