Suggest a better descriptionSlice ciabatta loaf into 4 equal parts--each part will be one sandwich. Sliced ciabatta sections in half and spread each half with 1 tablespoon basil pesto. Cover bottom half of sandwich with roasted red peppers and place 1/2 cup of turkey breast on top. Place a slice of smoked gouda over turkey and top with a small handful of arugula. Cover sandwich with top half of ciabatta bread and repeat with remaining sandwiches.
