chopped vegetables in a pan with
cooking oil for few minutes, until
nicely browned and set aside (if the
amount of leafy greens and
vegetables is too big, make salads
from them and serve aside).
2. Bake the tuna on the grill or in the
heated skillet, on each side for a few
minutes (if needed). Season with a
pinch of salt, ground black pepper,
and your favorite herbs.
3. Warm the taco shells or tortilla for
30 seconds on each side in a dry
skillet or on the grill, until hot.
4. Spread warm taco shells/tortilla with
the chosen sauce/spread and top with
the tuna, cooked leafy greens, and
vegetables. Fold it, if needed.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge
(optional) and serve warm. Enjoy!
Suggested seasoning: lime (1 wedge),
salt (a pinch), ground black pepper (a
pinch).
