Preheat oven 400 degrees, bake frozen crust until golden brown and set aside. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees.
While baking prepare filling; in large bowl beat two eggs add all the remaining ingredients (except parmesan cheese for topping) and with fork or hand mix all together.
Fill crust with filling, press down lightly and top with parmesan cheese. Bake on hour, remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
