Cook frozen roast on high in crockpot for 8 hours. (Do not add liquid) Reserve drippings for sauce.
In sauce pan mix ketchup, water(drippings), cider vinegar, sugar, worcestershire sauce, paprika, dry mustard, and hot pepper sauce (optional). Cook sauce on medium (bubbling) for 10 min. Crumble roast and add to sauce, continue heating for 5 more min.
Serve on bun, rice, egg noodles, or plain.
