Suggest a better descriptionSlow roast beef in a crock-pot for a minimum of 4-6 hours. I do like to do for 24 hours if possible. The meat will fall apart with the simple touch of a fork. Shred with two forks until all the meat is shredded. Then add Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce. Mix together a coleslaw mix (can make fresh but easiest with a mix in the salad section of grocery store). Take a hoagie bun and add the coleslaw and then the shredded bbq beef to make a sandwich.
