2. cook pasta according to package directions and drain
3. in large pan over medium heat, add oil and cook chicken, chili powder, and red onion until meat is browned
4. add bbq sauce, beans, corn, and red peppers
5. assemble lasagna - start with layer of bbq sauce, then noodles, then chicken mixture, then cheese; repeat for two more layers finishing with bbq sauce and cheese
6. bake covered for 30 minutes and then uncovered an additional 5 minutes
7. garnish with scallions
