Prepare pizza dough and while it is rising saute chicken seasoned with cajun spices. Let chicken cool to make easier to cut into thin strips. Slice green pepper and red onion into thin strips. Grate gouda cheese and keep chilled.
When pizza dough has risen punch down and place on pizza pans. I prefer to use non stick perferated pans and strech out to the end of the pans.
Top with bbq sauce and spread out leaving the end clear for a good crust.
Then top with mozzeralla cheese, chicken, green pepper, onions, and gouda cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is done and the cheese is well melted.
Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing and enjoy!
I used the whole wheat pizza dough recipe found here and it turned out great and very simple to prepare.
