Liquidise the onions and sieve until you have the required 200ml.
Crush the garlic and blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Cut up three small chickens into portions, skin and score.
Marinade the chicken portions for 24 Hours.
Grill for about 12 minutes each side – ideally BBQ
