A very tasty and easy way to BBQ chicken pieces.
Peel and crush the very large garlic clove.
Mix it with all the spices and yoghurt in a bowl.
Cut the chicken fillets in half and place in the yoghurt/spice mix.
Stir the chicken in the marinade to thoroughly coat.
Heat the BBQ grill till moderately hot.
Take the chicken pieces out of the bowl and cook on the BBQ.
While the first side is browning cover the top with any left over marinade.
Turn the pieces to brown both sides and cook till cooked through and chicken is dark brown and crisp.
