METHOD
1 Combine the lemon juice with the olive oil, dried oregano and garlic in a bowl and season to taste with sea salt and black pepper;
2 Mount the lamb steak pieces on skewers and place them in the marinade and in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
3 Preheat your BBQ on medium-high and cook the lamb kebabs for about 4 minutes on each side, until cooked to your liking.
