This is for 1 lb.
Mix 1st 4 ingredients and make into 1 1/2" balls and fry in skillet until brown and firm.
place in large pan (I use aluminum about 12x9x4)
Make sauce with rest of ingredients and pour over each layer of the meatballs.
Bake at 350* for 1 hour
I usually make 5# for get togethers. Just multiply ingredients times 5.
