Crock pot - super easy.
Cook pork roast in slow cooker, covered, on low 10-12 hours or on high 5-6 hours.
Remove pork from pot, pull meat into shredded pieces. Pour out liquid from pot.
Combine pork and remaining ingredients in crock pot.
Cook on high 2 hours.
