A perfect blend of sweet and spicy, a personal take on a finishing sauce that goes great with pulled pork, brisket, or about anything.
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool for serving. Very good after it has had a day or 2 in the refrigerator to combine.
Serve with whatever you like, but excellent with most smoking meats, such as pulled pork or brisket.
