Suggest a better description1. Whisk BBQ sauce, and flour until blended.
2. Place veggies into slow cooker. Top with 1/2 cup BBQ mixture, and meat. Cover with lid.
3. Cook on low for a 8-9 hours. Meanwhile refrigerate remaining mixture until ready to use.
4. Remove meat from cooker, transfer veggies to plate.
5. Whisk remains BBQ sauce to cooker. Cover and cook on high 10 minutes or until thickened.
6. Drizzle meat with sauce.
