2. Mix together beans, cumin, salsa and cheese in a medium bowl.
3. Place butter on a microwavable rimmed plate and heat in microwave until butter is melted. Dip a tortilla into the melted butter, then transfer to another plate. Scoop 1/3 cup of bean mixture onto tortilla, then roll up envelope-style, placing seam-side down in a 9x13 baking dish. Repeat with remaining tortillas and beans.
4. Bake in preheated oven until tortillas are crispy and golden brown, 12-15 minutes. Serve topped with salsa, sour cream or guacamole.
