1. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion and sweat until soft. Add the garlic and cook for a further minute.
2. Add the chopped tomatoes, stock and chilli flakes. Season and bring to the boil. Add the beans and pasta and cook until pasta is al dente.
3.Pour into warmed bowls.
