In a blender or food processor, pulse to finely grind almonds and pine nuts (do not puree). Remove and place in a mixing bowl. Blend remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Combine with nut mixture. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water if needed to adjust consistency.
Boil 8 cups of water, add bean pasta and simmer gently for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through. Immediately rinse under cold running water.
Divide the pasta among 6 plates, top with pesto.
