Coat slow cooker bowl with cooking spray. Place beef and onion in bottom of slow cooker. Combine tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper, pour over beef. Cover, cook on high 6 hours or low 8 hours. One hour before end of cooking time, stir in beans and peas. SERVE...immediately.
