Suggest a better descriptionHeat olive oil in pan over medium high heat. Add onion, garlic & cumin and cook 1-2 minutes, stirring so garlic doesn't burn, until onions barely start to soften and everything is fragrant. Add black beans and tomato juice, decrease heat to medium & continue to cook until everything is heated through. Add chopped cilantro & serve.
