Black beans and kale sauteed with garlic, tomato, onion and fennel
Heat oil and sautee onions on med-high until translucent. Add chopped kale and stir fry until wilted, about 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and garlic, sautee 2 more minutes. Add the black beans, water, bouillon, and fennel. Bring to a slight boil and reduce heat. Simmer 25 minutes. Serve over rice.
