Brown bacon (either chop ahead or cook then crumble), then sauté onion and green pepper in bacon grease! Mix in remaining ingredients. We cook on our smoker at 300º for 2 hours or until hot. An oven will work just fine also.
We will also add left over pork or brisket if you have it.
