Heat the grill to high.
Put the bread on a baking tray and toast one side.
Slice up the tomato.
Turn the toast over and place tomato on two slices and cheese on all slices. Grill until golden.
Heat the beans in a small pan, stirring until heated through.
Serve on the toast (or next to it if that's what the kids want).
