Cook meat in large skillet. Drain any fat.
Turn off heat and add soup mix and half of sour cream.
Blend well. Add more sour cream if a creamier texture is desired.
Place rolls on baking sheet.
Top rolls with meat mixture.
Top with cheese.
Bake @ 350? for about 10-15 mins, until cheese is melted.
Have fun experimenting with different meats, cheeses and even breads. Use small sourdough slices and sausage for an appetizer. Use pepper jack cheese for a spicy version.
